Report a user or safety concern

Use the report function on a profile or the chat options menu inside the app — reports are private and reviewed within 48 hours. You can also block any user from the chat options menu so they can no longer see your profile or contact you. For urgent safety concerns, email support@supportswipe.com.au with “SAFETY” in the subject line.

Delete your account

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate: your profile, matches, and messages are removed from other users' view, and your data is purged per our Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion by email at privacy@supportswipe.com.au.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, email our Privacy Officer at privacy@supportswipe.com.au. We respond to access requests within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
